• Creating and managing your account — performance of contract.
• Providing and improving the Service — performance of contract / legitimate interests.
• Security, fraud prevention, abuse detection — legitimate interests / legal obligation.
• Customer support — performance of contract.

• Compliance with law — legal obligation.

4. Sharing of personal data

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, analytics, AI model providers, customer support tooling.
• Merchant of Record (Paddle): for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle is the seller of record on your invoice. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
• Professional advisers: legal and accounting where necessary.
• Authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers
