- Service content: curriculums you create, progress, check-ins.

- Creating and managing your account — performance of contract.
- Providing and improving the Service — performance of contract / legitimate interests.
- Security, fraud prevention, abuse detection — legitimate interests / legal obligation.
- Customer support — performance of contract.

- Compliance with law — legal obligation.
4. Sharing of personal data
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, analytics, AI model providers, customer support tooling.
- Merchant of Record (Paddle): for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle is the seller of record on your invoice. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Professional advisers: legal and accounting where necessary.
- Authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights.
