We want you to be happy with Mentora. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team and we'll forward your request to Paddle.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or via the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis. We may refuse refunds in case of clear abuse of the Service.
